Information on the Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, however it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be made at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Refunds for Crypto Payments (SPX Tokens)
If the original payment was made using SPX tokens, any refund will be processed based on the original local currency value of the order (EUR, USD, AUD, or GBP), as shown on our website at the time of purchase.
The refund will be made in SPX tokens, calculated using the applicable SPX/EUR, SPX/USD, SPX/AUD, or SPX/GBP exchange rate at the time we confirm receipt of the returned goods or valid proof of return, in accordance with statutory requirements.
The refund will be sent to the same wallet address from which the original payment was made, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the customer in writing.
Any fluctuations in the SPX token price between purchase and refund do not affect the refunded local currency value.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, except where:
- the goods are damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered
→ in this case, we will bear the return shipping costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary for examining their condition, properties and functioning.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following products:
- Custom-made / personalized carpets
The right of withdrawal expires for contracts
“for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive.”
→ This applies to all custom-made carpets, individual designs, custom sizes or color requests.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed (if applicable).
