Shipping Providers
Depending on the destination country and package, shipping is handled by DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Rugs are rolled and securely packaged for transport.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, where tracking is available for the respective shipment.

Germany

  • Shipping costs: Applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery time: Approximately 2–3 weeks from receipt of payment or order confirmation.

European Union (EU)

  • Free shipping: For orders of €499 or more
  • Standard shipping: For orders below €499, we charge a flat shipping fee of €49.
  • Delivery time: Approximately 2–3 weeks from receipt of payment or order confirmation.

Non-EU Countries

(e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, and other countries)

  • Shipping costs: Applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery time: Approximately 2–3 weeks. Depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local circumstances, delivery may take longer in individual cases.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import charges, and local taxes may apply.

Duties Included (DDP):
Where this option is available for the respective destination country, applicable customs duties and import charges may be calculated and paid during the ordering process. In this case, no additional import charges should generally be due upon delivery.

Standard Shipping (DAP):
With standard shipping, customs duties, import charges, and local taxes may become payable upon importation. Where these costs are payable by the recipient, they are borne by the buyer.

Custom-Made / Personalized Rugs

For individually made or personalized rugs, the estimated delivery time is approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on the scope of the customization and the availability of the required materials.

The estimated delivery time for individually agreed orders will be confirmed accordingly.

  • Cryptocurrency: SPX6900 (SPX) via the Ethereum network (ERC-20)

Important Information Regarding Cryptocurrency Payments

Please ensure that you send SPX6900 exclusively via the Ethereum network (ERC-20).

Payments sent via other networks, such as Solana or Base, cannot be processed by us. Sending a payment through an unsupported network may result in the loss of the transferred tokens.

Please carefully check the selected network and the payment information displayed before completing the transaction.

Refunds for Cryptocurrency Payments

For an eligible refund of an order paid for with cryptocurrency, the applicable statutory provisions shall apply.

The relevant refund amount will be based on the amount to which you are entitled under the applicable statutory or contractual provisions.

If a refund is made in cryptocurrency, the amount in SPX6900 may differ from the original SPX amount due to price fluctuations. The specific refund procedure will be communicated to you in the individual case.
