Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.
This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
In the event of a withdrawal, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exception: If the goods are damaged, defective, or were delivered incorrectly and this is our responsibility, we will bear the return shipping costs.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functionality.
Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Custom-Made and Individually Produced Rugs
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
This applies in particular to:
- individually made rugs,
- individually selected rug sizes,
- individually selected colours,
- individual patterns or designs,
- rugs produced according to the customer’s personal specifications.
For our regularly offered, prefabricated products, the statutory right of withdrawal generally continues to apply.
Other Statutory Exclusions
The right of withdrawal may be excluded in cases provided for by law or may expire early under the statutory conditions.
This may include, for example, certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Refunds for Cryptocurrency Payments
If an order was paid for using SPX tokens, any refund will be made in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements.
As cryptocurrency transactions are processed on a public blockchain and the value of cryptocurrencies may fluctuate, technical and value-related differences may arise when a refund is made.
The refund will generally be based on the applicable refund amount for the purchase being withdrawn from.
Where technically possible, the refund will be made to the wallet address used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
