Each piece is hand-knotted with love using traditional craftsmanship in Nepal, made from high-quality sheep wool. The SPX elements in selected designs are intricately woven using premium silk, creating a unique contrast in texture and an exceptional level of detail. Produced in a GoodWeave-certified workshop, every rug is crafted responsibly, ethically, and in limited quantities.

Returns

Returns are accepted.
The return cost is handled fairly so that neither party carries unnecessary risk:

• If the item is defective or we are responsible for the issue, we cover the return shipping cost.
• If the customer returns for other reasons (change of mind, size mismatch, personal preference, etc.), the customer covers the return shipping cost.

Customization

You can fully customize your own carpet — including size, color, pattern, and design.
Size does not matter; we can produce any dimension you require. Please note that custom-made carpets have higher prices than our pre-designed pieces.
