Shipping carriers
Depending on the destination and parcel size, we ship via DHL/FedEx/UPS. Rugs are shipped rolled and securely packaged. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information (when available).

Germany

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery time: approx. 2-3 weeks (from payment/order confirmation)

European Union (EU)

  • Free shipping for orders of €500 or more
  • Orders below €500: €39 shipping fee
  • Delivery time: approx. 2-3 weeks (from payment/order confirmation)

Non-EU (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, Asia)

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery time: approx. 2-3 weeks (may take longer depending on destination)

“Duties & Taxes Included (DDP)” option — recommended:
If you choose “Duties & Taxes Included” at checkout, customs duties and import taxes are calculated and paid during checkout. In most cases, no additional fees are due upon delivery. This option is shown at checkout where available for the destination country.

Standard shipping (DAP):
With standard shipping, customs duties, import taxes and local fees may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom / Personalized rugs

For custom-made or personalized rugs, the delivery time is approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on complexity and material availability.

Note
The shipping costs shown at checkout cover shipping only. For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs and import charges may apply depending on the shipping option selected:

  • Standard shipping (DAP): charges are paid by the customer upon delivery.
  • Duties & Taxes Included (DDP): charges are calculated and paid at checkout (typically no extra fees upon delivery).

We offer secure and widely accepted payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)
  • PayPal
  • Cryptocurrency: SPX6900 (Ethereum Network ONLY)

Important note on crypto payments: Please ensure you send SPX6900 using the Ethereum Network (ERC-20). Sending tokens via other networks (such as Solana or Base) will result in a permanent loss of funds.

Refund Policy: Crypto payments are typically final. If a refund is required, the amount is calculated based on the original invoice price in EUR. The refund will be issued in SPX6900 tokens (equivalent to the EUR value at the time of the refund).
